NO RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT

Deposits Must be received fifteen  (15) days after reservation is made, for all weekly rentals.  Weekend rental deposits, are one nights rent.  Credit card, personal checks, or money orders, are accepted.

 

CANCELLATION:  If a three (3) month notice is given, 75% of the deposit will be refunded providing the exact unit is re-rented and the new deposit is received.  All  cancellations within six weeks or less of the reservation date, none of the deposit will be returned.

 

WEEKEND CANCELLATION

Cancellations less that forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night’s room charge. TLL Resorts Inc. (Outland's Long Lake Resort) reserves the right to rent any unit at any time if late arrival or early departures, no subletting of cottages. Holiday weekends must cancel one week prior to arrival to avoid penalty. Holiday weekends must be cancelled one week prior to arrival

 

COTTAGE BALANCES ARE DUE UPON ARRIVAL. CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURES DUE TO WEATHER, OR ANY OTHER REASON IS NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO TENTS OR CAMPERS OF ANY TYPE ARE ALLOWED.

 

Rates for 2008

All our units have 1 queen bed.   A two bedroom will sleep 6 people, and our  3 bedroom units will sleep 8 people.  Bed linens are furnished, as well as dishes, coffee maker and microwave. A picnic table and charcoal grill are outside each unit. You will need paper products, towels and lawn chairs for the beach.  

 Pets must be leashed at all times and are not allowed to be in cottage unattended  us less caged.  Barking dogs will not be tolerated.  Pets not reported will be charged double.
