NO RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits must be received fifteen (15) days after reservation, for all weekly rentals. Weekend rental deposits are one nights rent. Credit cards, personal checks, or money orders are accepted.
CANCELLATIONS
If a three (3) months notice is given 75% of the deposit will be refunded. If a two (2) month, to 6 week notification notice is given 75% of the deposit will be returned, providing the exact unit is re-rented and the new deposit is received. All cancellations within six weeks or less of the reservation date, none of the deposit will be returned.
WEEKEND CANCELLATION
Cancellations less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to arrival will be charged a penalty of one night's room charge. TLL Resorts Inc. (Outland's Long Lake Resort) reserves the right to rent any unit at any time if late arrival or early departure, no subletting of cottages.
ALL COTTAGE BALANCES ARE DUE UPON ARRIVAL. CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURES DUE TO WEATHER, OR ANY OTHER REASON IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Extended Checkout Off-Season April through May 15th & Oct. through November, receive an 8% discount.
